We used Carlton for a team event where we catered breakfast and lunch for a group of about 10. Everything was seamless, from menu selection to food prep to service, and most importantly, everything was delicious. Next time I need catering for anything I will be turning to Carlton for sure. He's a delightful person who makes excellent food.

Hello Carlton, I write to thank you immensely for the exceptional banquet service and scrumptiously delicious food you provided for our Phi Beta Kappa Induction Ceremony on April 22, 2017. The food was so very tasty and the presentation was absolutely, stunningly beautiful! The vegetarian lasagna and mini watermelon/goat cheese bites were the talk of the reception; everyone loved the delicious and well-prepared dishes on the buffet, as well as the beautiful cake you provided. That no food or cake was left at the end of the ceremony speaks to how much everyone enjoyed the dishes you prepared. I can't thank you enough for your professional, courteous, warm, timely, and efficient service! What an absolute joy to meet you and your staff; rarely do we meet people as dedicated as you and your staff. The level of service you provided far surpasses any catering experience we have ever had. We look forward to working with you again in the coming months for other events and functions; and will certainly contact you for our next Induction Ceremony in 2018. I chose Occasional Occasions for a client's rehearsal dinner because I am in the event planning industry and have heard wonderful things about Carlton. He very much lived up to those things! He was quick to reply to my questions, helpful in customizing our menu and at the event everyone was very complimentary of the food. I hope to be able to work with Carlton and his team again.
